Most customers go biweekly — that's the sweet spot for keeping a home looking fresh without overspending. Weekly works well for larger families or homes with pets and kids. Monthly is doable but you'll likely need a deep clean every 3–4 months on top.
No. Most customers leave a lockbox code, smart-lock PIN, or doorman instructions in their booking. We share access details with the cleaner only after they accept the job.
For your first 4 recurring visits, yes — we auto-assign your original cleaner so you build a routine. After that, your booking goes back into our matching pool and we prioritize cleaners you've worked with before whenever they're available. Favourite a cleaner to give them priority routing on all your future bookings, and you can always reschedule for free up to 24 hours before.
Our cleaners default to eco-friendly, fragrance-free supplies safe for kids and pets. If you have specific products you want used, leave a note in your booking and we'll follow your instructions.
