Common questions
Most customers go biweekly — that's the sweet spot for keeping a home looking fresh without overspending. Weekly works well for larger families or homes with pets and kids. Monthly is doable but you'll likely need a deep clean every 3–4 months on top.
No. Most customers leave a lockbox code, smart-lock PIN, or doorman instructions in their booking. We share access details with the cleaner only after they accept the job.
Not always. When you set up a recurring schedule you can choose a Pro, and each visit is offered to them first when they are available. If they cannot take it, another local Pro can. If you do not choose, the first Pro who takes a visit is offered your later visits first, when they are available. You can always reschedule for free up to 24 hours before.
Your Pro brings their own supplies. Whatever they use has to be legally saleable in Canada, safe for the surfaces listed, and compatible with any instruction on your booking. If you want particular products used, or would rather they use yours, leave a note when you book and your Pro will follow it.
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll send someone back to re-clean those areas free of charge.
