Twice a year is typical — once in spring and once in fall. If you have pets, allergies, or a busy household, every 3–4 months keeps things in great shape.
Deep cleans are physically intensive — pulling cushions, wiping every baseboard, detailing blinds and tracks. We allocate 4–6 hours so the job is done right, not rushed.
Not really — but we appreciate clutter being cleared off counters and floors so we can clean the surfaces themselves. We won't move heavy furniture for safety reasons.
Yes — they're popular add-ons, $30 and $40 respectively. Pick them at booking time. The cleaner will pre-treat surfaces while doing other work for the most thorough result.
Move-in/out is a deep clean of an empty home — no furniture in the way means we get behind everything and inside every cabinet without obstacles. Deep clean is for an occupied, furnished home.
