About Zulma
Zulma is a small, Niagara-based platform connecting homeowners with vetted, insured crew members for cleaning and lawn care. One trusted brand for the inside and outside of your home, with transparent pricing and no contracts.
The story
The Niagara region has plenty of cleaning and lawn services. What it didn't have was one trusted local platform: clear pricing, vetted crew, real insurance, transparent dispatch. Most people end up bouncing between Kijiji, Facebook groups, and word-of-mouth — never quite sure who's showing up, what they're paying for, or what happens when something goes wrong.
Zulma is the answer to that. Uba A. — Canada Revenue Agency employee by day, Niagara local, and the operator who decided the home-services experience here deserved a real platform behind it.
Started in 2026. We're intentionally small for now, taking on customers in waves so every booking gets the attention it deserves. The plan is to stay focused on Niagara, to pay our crew fairly, and to make booking a service feel as easy as ordering a ride.

How we work
The price you see at booking is the price you pay. HST is itemized. Same-day, weekend, or surge adjustments are shown in dollars before you confirm.
If we miss something, tell us within 24 hours and we'll send someone back to re-clean those areas at no charge. No fine print.
Every crew member is reference-checked, capability-tagged, and covered by our liability policy. We invest in our people because the work is the brand.
Crew members are independent contractors who set their own hours. Our payout model is base hourly + transparent stacked bonuses for weekend, distance, and quality streaks. Tips are 100% theirs.
