After. We need the home empty so we can clean inside cabinets, behind appliances, and the closets. Book the clean for the day after move-out, before key handover.
In our experience, yes. We keep a detailed receipt with everything that was done — share it with your landlord or property manager. If they push back, we can usually return for a touch-up at no charge.
Yes, fridge/freezer/oven/microwave/dishwasher are all included. For empty homes we degrease and sanitize all interior surfaces.
We vacuum thoroughly. For deep stains or end-of-tenancy carpet shampooing, we recommend a carpet-specific service — happy to refer one in your area.
We can usually accommodate 48 hours' notice. For weekend or holiday move dates, book at least a week ahead — those slots fill fast.
