Wait 24 hours so airborne dust has fully settled, then book. Cleaning too early just stirs the dust back up. If your reno is staged, book a clean after each phase.
It takes longer (6–8 hours vs 4–6) and needs more aggressive techniques. Drywall dust is fine and gets into HVAC vents, fabric, electronics — it takes multiple passes to fully remove rather than redistribute.
Smaller volumes — yes, with our $120 haul-away add-on. For dumpsters worth of debris, you'll need a junk-removal service. We can recommend one in your area.
Light overspray and splatters on hard surfaces — yes. For drips or larger areas, the safer answer is a painter's touch-up. We don't want to damage finishes by being too aggressive.
Not necessarily, but for post-construction we recommend a brief walkthrough at the start so the cleaner understands which surfaces are sensitive (custom finishes, just-installed flooring, etc.).
