Common questions
Express is exterior only and runs about 30 minutes. Full Wash adds the interior — vacuum, dash wipe, windows — and runs 60-90 minutes. For paint correction or leather conditioning, step up to Detail.
Leather conditioning is part of the Detail tier. We'll wipe leather surfaces clean in a Full Wash, but for proper conditioning add the $25 add-on or book Detail.
You're welcome to stay nearby — most customers run errands or work from home. The Pro will text when they're done so you don't have to watch.
Add the right surcharge at booking — $25 pet hair, $20 mud / off-road, $30 heavy stains, $30 smoker odor. We bring the right gear and time it correctly.
By default yes. We plug the vacuum into your outdoor outlet and tap your hose. Pros with tanks and battery vacuums work in any driveway. Booking asks whether you have an accessible outdoor tap, and we surface a no answer to your Pro so a water-equipped Pro takes the job.
