A Standard Clean covers your whole home and is priced by bedrooms and bathrooms. By-the-room lets you book individual spaces — a single kitchen, one bathroom, a bedroom — and pay only for those. If you want the whole house done, a Standard or Deep Clean is usually better value.
Yes — pick as many spaces as you like and the price adds up as you go. Once your selected spaces total around the price of a small whole-home clean, a Standard Clean may be the better deal, and we'll point that out.
For a single small space, a flat $15 trip fee covers the Pro's drive. It drops off automatically once your selected spaces and add-ons reach $89 — so most two-room bookings never see it.
By-the-room is everyday cleaning. For move-out condition, heavy build-up, or post-construction dust, book a Deep Clean or Post-Construction Clean instead so the right time and supplies are allotted.
No. Add access instructions when you book — a lockbox code, buzzer, or where to find the key — and your Pro will follow them. You'll get updates throughout.
