Pro recommendations to investors on this platform may result in a referral fee paid by the closing brokerage to Zulma at the time of commission disbursement. The investor pays nothing directly to Zulma.

Lawyer + accountant participation: LSO Rule 3.6-7 prohibits lawyers from sharing fees with non-licensees. Lawyers, accountants, inspectors, stagers, photographers, and property managers participate on Zulma Preferred at no cost and with no referral fee paid by Zulma in either direction.

Privacy + KYC (PIPEDA + FINTRAC): Investor financial documents are stored encrypted at rest and in transit. Identity verification is performed at intake. We retain records per FINTRAC and brokerage record-retention obligations and honor deletion requests outside those carve-outs.
